Serve on one of the FreedomFest|DC Ministry Team Areas for 2010.

The ministry positions for each team include: Team Leaders, Shift Leaders and Helpers. Each team serving on 7/4 will have shifts of 10 am – 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The Set Up & Take Down Team will also have a 9:45 pm to 12:00 midnight shift. Special shifts include set up help on 7/3 from 12:00 noon – 6:00 pm.

~ Logistics Team - oversees the set up and take down of the major equipment (i.e., tents, staging and generator that will be provided by an outside vendor) and the minor equipment needed (e.g., chairs, tables, etc.) from churches.

~ Service Projects Team – oversees the hospitality and free water giveaway tent, and any other service projects that happen on 7/4.

~ Promotions/Administration Team – oversees promotions with the churches and ministries, and oversee various administrative tasks that are needed.

~ Kid’s Ministry Team – oversees the program and activities in the kid's ministry area on 7/4.

~ Multi-church Prayer & Worship Team – oversee the prayer and worship time from 12:00 pm – 12:45 pm on 7/4. This includes overseeing the scheduling, speakers, worship band and programming. Also, oversee prayer networking events before 7/4.

~ Security Team – oversee overnight security before the event, on 7/4 for the two-block area and overnight on 7/4.

~ Stage & Production Team – oversee band auditions, the stage and production areas and the sound production.

~ Outreach Team - oversees the many ways that we reach out to others on the Mall on July 4th with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

~ Prayer Encouragers Team – oversee one-on-one outreach, literature distribution, Mall outreach teams, coordinate and help with the Evangelism Workshops before 7/4 and oversee the after-event follow-up.

~ Set up & Take Down Team – oversee set-up and takedown for the event. This includes mostly minor equipment set-up and take down. Most of the large tents and staging will be set up and taken down by a professional outside company.

~ Volunteer Check-In Team – oversee volunteers getting plugged into serving on the various teams on 7/4.
