YOU'RE INVITED TO FREEDOMFEST | DC 2009

Welcome to the website of FreedomFest|DC. We hope that this site paints a picture of a unique kind of multi-church, multi-ministry festival that's all about sharing the life-giving message of Jesus Christ to the thousands who gather on the National Mall in Washington, DC every July 4th.

Over 20 years ago, a small group of Christians had a vision to share the message of Jesus Christ to the thousands of people on the Mall in simple, practical ways. The basic idea in the beginning was how can we bring the message of Christ to the Mall? That's how the name - Christ On the Mall - came about.

Since that time, the name has changed to FreedomFest|DC. The simple vision of linking people together in relationship for outreach has never changed.
